PACIFIC
DAWN
REPORT
We
fished
the
WSB
spot
up
at
Santa
Rosa
Island
and
conditions
have
changed.
Our
first
spot
produced
no
WSB.
Pat
made
a
move
after
20
minutes
and
found
the
birds
and
meter
marks.
We
landed
10
WSB
in
a
quick
flurry.
Other
than
1
more
WSB
at
the
next
spot,
that
was
it
for
the
WSB.
We
fished
for
rockfish
the
rest
of
the
trip
and
limited
out
on
Reds,
Chuckleheads,
Sheephead,
Lings,
etc.
We
also
caught
and
released
6
Calico
Bass
3-6
lbs.
It
was
a
great
group
with
many
locals
from
Eric's
Tackle
Shop
in
Ventura.

An Angler with AJ
5-5-2005
This
was
one
of
the
lucky
anglers
who
was
able
to
get
a
seabass
today.
Check
out
the
gaff
shot
by
AJ
the
newest
addition
to
the
Apollo
Crew.
It
was
his
first
day
on
the
boat
and
he
looked
like
he
worked
on
it
for
a
few
seasons.

Jesse
5-9-2005
Here
is
Jesse
holding
up
the
two
WSB
caught
for
JP.
Jesse
is
a
long
range
quality
deckie.
I
have
never
seen
anyone
cut
as
well
and
as
fast
as
he
did.
He
was
professional
throughout
the
day
and
handled
everything
like
a
vetern.
Unfortunately
he
has
no
job
in
Diego
for
this
summer.
Someone
hire
this
guy.
He
is
only
17
and
was
the
best
none
LR
deckhand
I've
seen
in
a
while.
